I've watched a few of these guys videos an I'm always impressed at the amazing condition of the dogs they are prime condition an it's so easy to see they love doing this. They're a credit to the owners 👏 👏

That looks like a small king snake or rubber snake, a non venomous type and hunts other venomous snake, we should not overlook what it might have done in the background, it might have eaten rats and pests in the surroundings, so the animal is not totally destructive.
